Kroppsvävning – skapa tillsammans i rummet

A weekly held space for parents on leave.
You are guided through simple material engagement, body awareness, and shared conversation about motherhood and womenhood — in a space where you can come as you are, and leave when you need.
This is a 7-week online weaving practice for those who want to gently reconnect with the body through making.
We meet once a week for 90 minutes in a small group. Each session opens with a simple textile technique, followed by an intuitive weaving process where you are free to follow your own rhythm.
Working with the hands in a slow, repetitive rhythm can support the nervous system — helping to settle attention, reduce overstimulation, and create moments of rest within the intensity of early parenthood.
Participants work with simple materials available at home — such as fabric scraps — and a self-made or basic weaving frame. Instructions for building a simple frame will be provided.
The sessions include gentle guidance, moments of shared attention, and space for conversation around the body, everyday life, and the experience of being with a baby.
You are welcome to arrive tired, distracted, present, or somewhere in between.
Across distance, a quiet form of togetherness emerges.
